Expand Your Comfort Zone: Day 10 -Building Courage.

Build courage by NAMING your fears, by engaging cognition, and EXPANDING YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Need to catch up? Check out Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8, and Day 9.

This last day we really gotta shut the fear down! This is the day you are to be officially expanding your comfort zone and you probably don't even realize what that's going to take.

Let's start with naming our fears.

One of my biggest fears was to not be able to make a great first impression on people I really wanted to have in my life. I had to really consider the alternatives and figure out if making a good first impression is even a good thing.

I had to think: of all the people who made a good first impression on me, how many of them went on to make a LASTING impression?

The majority of the time, when you pull back the curtain on someone who makes great first impressions, they tend to have a side of themselves that is straight TRASH, man lmao. Like, "things I would NEVER do" kind of energy.

So, the fear of leaving a good first impression eventually faded because its not necessarily a GOOD thing. Leaving a LASTING impression is more important and that is something I do naturally. That was a gift and a curse, though because I was unaware of that for so long.

If you don't know what you are capable of, you don't know what to manage/maintain. That's a whole other blog post, though.

How did I conquer that fear? Just be me. Everything else falls into place afterward.

Everything you know about yourself that is A FACT will always happen!

The cure for fear is KNOWING. You don't fear what you know! The only way to KNOW something is to study it. This means you have to STUDY your fears the way you study trading and the economy.

This leads us to the next point of building courage and that's engaging cognition.

The definition of cognition is the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.

Your greatest investment is to know yourself. Know all that you have done and all the things about you that make you successful. What is your easiest success? What is your easy way in? Because why would you want to work AGAINST your nature if you have shown yourself that you are successful in your own way?

For example, I tend to get really lazy when I do tedious, laborious jobs. For me, finding a faster and easier way to do things is in my nature for success.

This is how I learned to decrease my time to 20-30 minutes when making wigs for my clients. They were literally the best custom wigs in my city. I have since retired because I found faster, easier ways to earn income but I think you catch my drift.

I'm successful when I stick to what I KNOW about myself. Take some time to be courageous to be yourself openly and honestly because remember: we making f*%k you" money now. Nothing can stop you from being you except YOU!

That fact alone brings us home with the very last point of this series and that's EXPANDING YOUR COMFORT ZONE!

We did it! We have all the tools we need to open ourselves up to a lot more and allowing more to come in. We hear all the time: you will not receive more than you can bear.

If your comfort zone was the container, how much would you be open to receiving? At this point, you should be open to receive all things.

If you have to go back to a few of the days, do that. Think of life as a composition of music. You do not turn on a song with the immediate intent of hearing the end of it, do you? There is literally no rush to get to the end of a song that interests you.

Only when you don't like the song. If you are not interested in the song, you change the song to one that you DO like. And that's what opening your comfort zone should feel like.

Changing the song to a tune that you resonate with. It should be as simple as that.

Leave your thoughts below and GIVE ME SOME IDEAS OF WHAT YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT IN THE FUTURE! It can be ANYTHING you like in alignment with the economy and mindset.

Ciao!
